3. Recruitment Schedule

- Application Period: September 1 (Tue)–20 (Sun)

- Application Results: September 23 (Wed)

- In-Person Interviews: September 29 (Tue)

- Mandatory Orientation: Scheduled for mid-October
*Applicants unable to attend the Mandatory Orientation may not be selected.

4. Eligibility Requirements

- International students residing in the Seoul metropolitan area through March 2027 and available for the full program

- Korean-proficient international & exchange students

- Comfortable creating & appearing in short-form content

- Active on Instagram, TikTok & other social media

- Age 19+ and legally eligible to consume alcohol

*Any activity allowance and prize money paid through this program will be reported as income and processed for tax purposes in accordance with applicable laws. If your visa restricts income-generating activities or requires prior authorization, please confirm with your local immigration office before the program begins whether you are permitted to participate and receive payment. Participants are solely responsible for any consequences related to their visa or immigration status.

5. Number of Participants

- 50 (including Korean and international university students)

6. Program Period

- October 2026 – Late March 2027 (Approx. 5 months)

7. Program Activities

😎 Individual Missions

- Create short-form content promoting CONDITION (at least once a month)

- Conduct on-campus product sampling (at least once a month)

💪 Team Mission

- Planning and execution of offline promotional events targeting people in their 20s (e.g., pop-up events)

8. Benefits

- Monthly activity allowance

- Condition products and promotional materials provided

- Total marketing budget of KRW 30 million (approximately KRW 3 million per team)

- Certificate of completion for all participants

- Awards for outstanding creators
